Sanchitha is a passionate home cook. Growing up in Bangalore, India, she fell in love with South-Indian style flavours and spices. After moving to Auckland as a student, she has taken on the challenge to replicate some of her favourite dishes that she can remember her mother making, as authentically as possible- with only pantry staples. Making these dishes transports her senses back to her mother's kitchen, leaves her heart full and her tongue happy! She wishes to share this joy with you, with her favourite Potato and Pea Curry. This curry can be eaten with rice, bread or even mixed in with pasta to make a totally inauthentic but delicious pasta dish. Hope you enjoy!
